Mid-stay cleanings are for longer visits to keep things eco-friendly. Stays of 6 nights get one cleaning, with another added every 6 nights after that (e.g. a 12-night stay gets 2, an 18-night stay gets 3). Cleanings are spaced evenly across your stay.
Need extra cleanings beyond what's included? Just reach out to our team to arrange these for a small fee. You can also skip cleaning completely by using the "No Thanks" magnet on your door.
Garbage is collected during your scheduled mid-stay cleaning. If you need to dispose of bags at any other time, just bring them down to the designated garbage area on the 1st floor.

Control the air conditioning using the remote on the table.
Switch between functions using the "Mode" button.
To handle the high humidity during Japanese summers, we recommend setting the mode to "ドライ" (Dry) instead of "冷房" (Cool) or "自動" (Automatic) for the most comfortable room temperature.
Our TVs are smart TVs that show local Japanese channels, but you can also easily cast your favorite apps directly from your phone.
Alternatively, you are welcome to plug your own streaming device into the TV’s HDMI port.
In the Common Areas
Store your luggage after checking out by using our 24/7 self-service storage area located on the 1st floor.
Please use only one wire lock per room when you can so that locks remain available for other travelers.
As a reminder, smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and on public streets in this area. To comply with local regulations and avoid fines, please refrain from smoking outdoors around the hotel.
For your convenience, a designated outside smoking room is available on the 1st floor below the emergency stairs.
In SELECT RoomS
Each room has its own tankless water heater, so you can enjoy hot water whenever you need it.
To use it, turn on the panel power and use the arrows to set your preferred maximum temperature. You can also adjust the water temperature directly from the faucet.
Please note: our rooms have showers only, so the bathtub buttons on the panel are not in use.
